Taking a break

Going on break tells the system you are unavailable for a while without signing you out. Your shift keeps running and your online hours keep counting.

While you are on break

You will not receive ride offers. Any offer already on your screen when you start a break stays there until it expires — starting a break does not decline it for you.

Break slots

Your operator may configure fixed break windows. If they have, the break button will only be available inside those windows, and the app will tell you when the next one opens.
